Varus Wedge 
With a 1.5mm built-in Varus Wedge, Body Geometry shoes stabilize the natural movement of your forefoot and improve foot, knee, and hip alignment, which increases power output and adds an average of 10 seconds to your time to exhaustion during maximum efforts.

Metatarsal Button
Shoes need to fit snugly for optimal pedaling power and a secure connection to the bike. Most shoes attempt to achieve this by squeezing the forefoot tightly, which compresses nerves and arteries, causing pain, numbness, and “hot foot.” The Body Geometry Metatarsal Button solves this by lifting and separating the metatarsal bones, preventing nerve impingement and arterial compression.
