The carbon fibers are reclaimed from recycled bicycles, carbon wheels, racecars, and aircraft components, which makes the product eco-friendly.
The sealant contains 5% by volume, 6, 9, and 12mm chopped carbon fibers providing structure to seal the largest punctures while maintaining the longevity of endurance-specific formulas.
The unique foaming latex formula ensures that the lightweight carbon fibers are evenly dispersed within the sealant while riding, allowing for a higher fiber content than possible with Kevlar or fiberglass.
During the puncture sealing process, bundles of carbon fiber are carried directly to the puncture by the sealant flow where thousands of micro-bubbles collapse on each other, depositing their high stiffness carbon fibers over the hole.
This forms a dam of high stiffness/high strength fibers against the tire casing, which has been shown to seal holes in testing up to 7.5mm – 25% larger than conventional technologies.

Once the puncture is sealed, the section of the tire will have a carbon fiber reinforced latex area that connects the top and bottom of the hole. This reduces the chances of future punctures in that region compared to other sealant additives such as cornmeal, glitter, or fiberglass.
The superior sealing and hole reinforcement capabilities of carbon fiber allow for a more concentrated level of anti-freeze agents in the sealant, enabling more effective sealing in low-temperature conditions (-7deg C for 6mm holes).
Additionally, the sealant lasts longer (7-9 months, depending on humidity) due to the carbon fiber's enhanced capabilities.
For optimal performance and to maximumise the sealant's life, we suggest adding replenisher every 90-120 days, depending on the temperature and humidity in your area, to refresh the sealant.
Replenisher can also be used to renew sealant on highly porous tires during initial installation.
When installing some casing tires, the sidewalls may experience weeping, which can reduce the sealant volume by 30% and accelerate the aging of the sealant. By adding 30-50% of the sealant volume with the replenisher, you can ensure the ideal performance and durability. While using CO2 temporarily to seat the tire is possible, it should be released and replaced with a floor pump to preserve the sealant's life.
